With nearly 20 years in sales, our founder, Sarah, has built her career on one core belief: sales success isn’t luck — it’s systems.
Her journey started selling popcorn at a movie theater and evolved into selling classroom furniture, booking weddings at a venue, and leading national product lines now sitting in major big box retailers across the country. Each season sharpened her ability to understand buyers, build relationships, and most importantly — create repeatable sales processes that drive consistent growth.
Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented streamlined sales systems inside multiple organizations, helping teams move from reactive and inconsistent to proactive and scalable. Because here’s what she knows for sure: most businesses don’t have a sales talent problem — they have a systems problem. And a strong sales system will outperform even the most charismatic salesperson.
With hands-on experience across multiple CRM platforms over the years, she specializes in aligning people, process, and technology — ensuring CRM tools aren’t just installed, but actually used to generate revenue.
